Create and Modify Accommodations
You can create new accommodations and modify existing ones at any time. Recently created accommodations and fundamental modifications will be tested for plausibility and generally released within one workday. A preview function will then show you, how the accommodation will be displayed after release.

Text modules allow a multilingual description of your accommodation with only a few clicks. The details given by you will be displayed as a full text and translated in many languages. This way you can reach an international audience with your offer.

Berlin49.de provides you with the possibility to determine different prices for your main, standard and low season. You can modify your overnight rates and season prices unlimitedly at any time and that way optimise your rental income.
Rental Release, Minimum Booking Period and Unpaid Days
Decide yourself how many months your accommodation can be booked in advance, how many nights are at least required for one booking and whether between the bookings a waiting period is required for the final cleaning.
Reserve, lock and release bookings
Enter already existing bookings into the system, in order to keep the occupation calendar up to date and decide, whether your accommodations shall be displayed online or not.
Booking Administration
Your booking administration offers you a complete overview about your bookings. You can filter and sort the bookings according to various criteria in a list view and view them in the occupation calendar.
Requests
Potential guests may send you a request, if they have a question concerning your offer. Your response will be forwarded to the guest after a check and is an important contribution for the procurement of your accommodation.
Commission Calculations
In case of a successful procurement a commission rate of 19% inclusive of all value added tax determined by law will be calculated for all factually made turnovers and the commission calculation for the previous month will be displayed in your landlord’s account. After payment receipt, the commission calculation will be replaced by an according statement, that you can print out at any time.
