This apartment is designed for up to 2 people. It consists of a combined living room-bedroom with a built-in mini-kitchen and a shower room. The apartment is located in the Grünberger Straße in Berlin-Friedrichshain at the height of the Warschauer Straße. The location iscentral and ideal to visit many places of interest. In the area there are excellent restaurants and a particularly lively nightlife.

The combined livingroom- bedroom is equipped with a small kitchenette. The equipment includes a bar with two stools, two sofas with side table, a double bed and a wardrobe and a TV. There is attached a bathroom with shower.

The kitchen is open to the living room-bedroom. The small kitchen includes a hob with two burners, a sink and a refrigerator. In the kitchen cabinets is sufficient cutlery, crockery and cookware. There is also a coffee machine and an electric kettle. Tea towels are provided free of charge. There is no oven.

The holiday apartment has its own shower room.

Children up to 7 years may be accommodated free of cost. On request there is a cot available for free.

Unfortunately the apartment is not for disabled persons suitable, it is on the second floor and there is no elevator available.

It is a non smoking apartment, However it has a balcony, where can be smoked when the door is closed, so that no smoke gets in the apartment (smoke detector). Please pay attention to this indication.

Pets are welcome at this apartment.

Towels, bed linen and final cleaning are in price included. An extra daily cleaning can be booked for € 8 per day on site.

In the accommodation there is internet access available via a LAN cable, which can be used free of charge. If possible, please bring your own LAN cable. A landline telephone is not available.

In the living room-bedroom there is a television. Other multimedia devices are not available.

The rooms faces a side street, which has little traffic at night. With closed windows most of the guests should be able to sleep undisturbed.

Immediately before the apartment is a bus stop (Bus 347, 240 and N40). On the corner of the Warschauer street runs the tramway M 10. The subway station Frankfurter Tor is 500m away. S-Bahn station Warschauer Straße is 800m walk. For trips to Kreuzberg one walks at best to U-Bahnhof Warschauer Strasse, which is 1200m away. From here the underground line 1 runs to the station Uhlandstraße, here is the Kurfürstendamm (known colloquially Ku′damm). In this area of Berlin you can get easily a taxi.

Parking onthe street is free of charge. Private parking space can be rented for € 9 per day on site.

Bicycles can be parked in the yard. In the warm seasons there are available own bikes for rent.

There are many shops in the surroundings.

In the surroundings there is a particularly vital nightlife. The offer includes numerous cafes, pubs and night clubs.

There are several good restaurants, cafes and cheap snack shops.
