The propery is located in nice area of Berlin Wilmersdorf between U-Bahn stations Blissestrasse
and Berliner Strasse. Public park is in surrounding (5 min distance) and it is suitable for pleasant walks. The apartment consists of one bedroom with one double bed (1,80 m wide), one living room with one sofabed (1,60 m wide) and one comfortable dining table. Modern opened kitchen is completely equiped and invites you to cook together and enjoy the meals. Part of the kitchen is also a bar a three stools. There is a balcony and a washing maschine aditionally available for the guests.

There is a large closet in the hallway.

The living room is 25 square meters big and offers sitting place for 5 people and sleeping accommodation for 4 people. The equipment includes a sofa bed, 1 extra bed, 5 chairs, 3 bar stools,
a coffee table, a desk and a cupboard.

The bedroom is 15 square meters big, offers a sleeping accomodation for 2 people.
The equipment includes a double bed, a chair and a cabinet.

The kitchen is approximately 10 square meters big and is equipped with a fitted kitchen.
The kitchen area consists of a bar, 1 shelf and 3 closets. The kitchen equippment includes refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils, a dishwasher, ceramic hob and oven.

The bathroom is about 5 sq m big, marble - tiled, and has a bathtub with a glass shower panel.
The equipment also includes a sink and a toilet.

At the balcony there are 2 chairs and 1 table.

In the garden there is a small children′s playground.

Children are welcome in the apartment.

The apartment is accessible, but because of the size of the bathroom is not suitable for handicapped.

It is a non smoking apartment.

Pets are not allowed.

Towels and linen are included in the price.

A wireless internet connection(WLAN) is available for the guests of apartment.

The apartment has a radio, CD player and a television with DVD player.

The apartment is quiet.

With the U-Bahn line U9 or the bus number 249 you reach Zoologischer Garten and Kurfürstendamm
within a few minutes.

At the street you find chargable public parking places.
On request we can also provide a private parking space.

Bicycles can be parked in our courtyard.

In the neighborhood you will find two supermarkets and numerous bakeries (surrounding ca. 150 m). Various shops and restaurants are also located close to the apartment.
