This spacious 3-bedroom apartment for up to 6 persons located in the district Berlin-Mitte and has a fine atmosphere. It is located in the 3rd Floor of a quiet side wing and is equipped with pale wooden furniture and sisal floor. In 5 min you reach the Kurfürstendamm and in 20 min you are at Hackescher Höfen. A nice walk along the Spree river will take you to the Bellevue Palace, the House of the Cultures and the Reichstag.

In the front hall there is a wardrobe and a shoe cupboard.

In the rear hall there is a closet, a commode, a high chair, toys and plenty of space to stow baggage.

There is a large living room-bedroom with two single beds which can be stacked on a single bed or a double bed can be put together. There are also a sofa, a chair, 2 coffee tables, a large dining table for 6 people, a radio and TV (cable).

The bedroom has a double bed (1,60 m x 2m), a commode and two bedside tables.

In the second bedroom are two twin beds that can be pushed together into a double bed, a desk with drawers, two bedside tables and two chairs.

The fitted kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, a small table with two chairs and kitchen utensils.

The accommodation also has a tiled bathroom with bath tub, window and a washing machine.

The apartment is very suitable for families with children. The sockets have a child lock. The large living room has enough place to play. There is a Brio train and other toys.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor. Therefore, it is not suitable for disabled people.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.

Pets are not allowed.

Bed linen and towels are provided and are included in the price.

There is wireless internet conection; however, you must bring your laptop. Unfortunately there is no telephone line.

There is TV with cable and radio, other multimedia appliances will be available in 2012 (please ask if needed).

The windows are fitted with blinds and curtains, they darken the room but not completely. Please keep the night′s calm between 22:00 and 7:00 hours.

The apartment centrally located and is easily reachable by public transportation. In just 10 minutes with the bus one gets to the main train station.

In the apartment′s area there is parking free of charge.

There is place for bicycles on the apartment′s basement.

There are lots of shops in the area, as well as one of the las surviving market halls in Berlin. But there are also supermarkets and health food stores.

The nearby river Spree is ideal for jogging or a relaxing stroll.

In front of the apartment is an affordable, praised by many guests and nice Greek restaurant. Other restaurants are located nerby.
