The holiday apartment is located in a quiet street in the district Berlin-Wedding. The one-room apartment has central heating with central hot water supply, a freshly polished, classic Berlin wooden floor (floorboards) and old wooden doors. It has a bathroom and a kitchen.

The living room offers seating place for 4 people and sleeping accommodation for 2 people. The furniture includes a double bed, 4 chairs, 2 shelves and 2 cupboards.
